Staniel Cay Yacht Partners ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, contact us or book a charter, and how we handle it.
When you send an inquiry, use our chat assistant or join our early-access list, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, preferences and messages. When you book, we also collect what the charter agreement needs, your signature, and the time, IP address and browser you signed from, as the record of your electronic signature. If you email, text or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you plan.
Online card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are covered by Stripe's privacy policy; we never see or store your full card or account number. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date, method and reference).
We use your information to answer your inquiry, plan and run your charter, process payments, send booking emails (agreements, receipts, reminders), and tell you about availability you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information.
This site uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure visits and the results of our ads. These may record pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and, when you send an inquiry, a protected (hashed) form of your email or phone so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings, ad-blocking tools, or the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.
The chat on this site is an automated assistant powered by an AI service provider. Conversations are stored so our crew can follow up with you. Please do not share payment details in the chat.
We share only what is needed to run your trip and our business: our email and hosting providers, Stripe for payments, the boat's owner for your booking, and local partners (airlines, provisioners, operators) when you ask us to arrange their services.
We keep booking records, signed agreements and payment records for as long as tax and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete inquiry and marketing information at any time.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, at any time. Email crew@scyachtpartners.com and we will take care of it.
